WiseRabbit at INSUMMIT 2023

WiseRabbit was present at INSUMMIT 2023 – Festival of Insights and Innovations. We had the pleasure of presenting the main findings from our report  “Regrets at work: how to avoid them?) (“Jak pracować, by nie żałować?”) together with Ewelina Kaszuba from RocketJobs.pl

More than 80% of employees under the age of 45 feel regret about their current professional life. At the same time, over 40% of respondents do not want to change their jobs because they consider their current one good enough and are afraid of change. The numbers speak for themselves and inspire reflection.
