Project Highlights

The project aimed to understand the needs and habits of the affluent clients’ segment. We focused on currently used financial products, satisfaction, and plans for the future. We conducted N=12 In-Depth Interviews and  N=500 CAWI including Adaptive Choice Based Conjoint (ACBC) and MaxDiff techniques. The results helped the Client with further fine-tuning of the product offer for this segment.
