Regrets at work: how to avoid them?

The project aimed to understand the regrets that every one of us experiences when it comes to professional life and decisions. We explored job satisfaction, the meaning of regrets, and openness to change career paths. We focused on regret as an emotion that may spark positive career change. We conducted N=3 FGIs + N=500 CAWI, with white collars aged 18-45. One of the main results of the project was the country-wide campaign “How to work and not feel regrets” as well as the landing page with all the PR materials (reach of over 14 million as of the end of May 2023).
