The project was designed to optimize the scope and pricing of the telecom provider offer. The challenge was to match current and potential service users’ needs with the Client offering.
We conducted N=1000 CAWI including Adaptive Choice Based Conjoint (ACBC) and MaxDiff techniques.
The results helped the Client with further fine-tuning the product offer and effectively targeting new clients without losing the current ones
