Parents at CD Projekt

CD Projekt is one of the most advanced employers when it comes to employee and parental benefits. Thus, they wanted to explore even more their employees opinions about CDPR as employer and its support towards parents’ needs. Also, the goal was to gather employee suggestions as regards employer future activities and support offered to parents in the context of their specific needs. We conducted N=5 FGIs with employees of CD Projekt, having kids of various ages. The results helped the Client to adjust their strategy when it comes to parental benefits.
